Dr Cahill has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, and established Cobh Dental Clinic in 1992. For the last 20 years, Dr Cahill has also been certified in facial fillers and anti-wrinkle treatments.

Originally qualifying in Trinity College Dublin, Gráinne has continued her education to become a specialist in Temperomandibular joint (TMJ) treatment, Advanced Anaesthetics in Dentistry Qualification, Certificate of Aesthetics in Dentistry, and multiple courses and qualifications related to facial fillers and anti-wrinkle treatments.
